Low Discharge: Colophony mixtures adopt the most advanced mixing method and vacuum film gas-separation, release the bubble from mixtures completely. H.V. winding is made by the best non-oxygen copper wire, and with imported fiberglass insulation fillings, and irrigated in vacuum with oxygen colophony; L.V. winding is made by foil type winding machine, and inner welding adopts argon protection welding. It can reach high precision, lower welding resistance. Upper terminal and bottom are sealed by colophony, and immersed in solidify furnace. And then, windings will be a hard solid body, winding have the same reactance, lower addition loss, good radiation, better thermal stability. They are all irrigated in vacuum, with completely wrapped and layer immersed. The discharge can be controlled in 5pc.

High Mechanism Strength: The colophony with fillings has a small different for solid body, low shrink and inner stress, high rigidity. Put some pre-set type compensation strength materials in the inner and outside surface of oxygen layer in H.V. and L.V. winding, then, the mechanism strength is more strong than oxygen colophony, can withstand sudden short-circuit without no damage.

High Electric Strength: Windings are irrigated into sealed structure, with the best insulation feature and electric arc protection, can withstand air over voltage, operation over voltage, transient over voltage, long-time over voltage.

High withstand Thermal Strength: Insulation withstand thermal level can reach H-class, average temperature rise can rise 125K, limited value is 180℃, with high strength. The use life is more than 20 years, can reach 30 years.
